At the heart of our LECA production lies the innovative concept of roasting ceramsite, a process that redefines the landscape of sustainability. Through meticulous steps, we craft LECA using a state-of-the-art ceramsite double-tube dumbbell kiln. Our method involves grinding, granulating, roasting, cooling, and meticulous screening and grading.
Central to our approach is the utilization of solid (critical) waste as the ceramsite aggregate, showcasing our commitment to environmental responsibility. Construction spoil, river silt, and other waste materials are transformed through a specific formula into ceramic blanks. These materials undergo a high-temperature firing process, reaching 1100 to 1200 degrees, sparking transformative physical and chemical changes. The result is ceramsite products that meet stringent national standards, ensuring long-term safety and environmental friendliness.
At the heart of our core production process lies the principle of "clean production." Our approach ensures that materials, dust, and the final product remain intact throughout the production journey. We employ low-sulfur, sulfur-free clean fuel for heat generation, further advancing our commitment to eco-friendliness. Additionally, our dedication to environmental preservation is exemplified by the use of ozone-based purification technology to achieve ultra-low emissions in the burning tail gas, contributing to a healthier planet.
