LECA Blocks

LECA-Enhanced Aerated Concrete Blocks (LECA Blocks) are constructed using LECA as the core material. The mixture  incorporates cement and fly ash slurry as binding agents, poured into  molds, and shaped through steam curing and mechanical cutting. The  resulting blocks possess qualities of lightness, durability, heat  insulation, and soundproofing. They inherently provide insulation, eliminating the need for additional thermal measures while fulfilling energy-efficient design standards. The key advantages lie in their simple construction process, synchronized lifespan with the building, and absence of safety hazards.
