Micro-Porous Ceramic Soundproof Panels are a novel acoustic material crafted primarily from micro-sized ceramic particles, bound together with inorganic adhesive materials, creating a lightweight, high-strength, fire-resistant, and environmentally friendly sound-absorbing board. These ceramic particles, fired at temperatures exceeding 1100 degrees Celsius, exhibit excellent properties such as low density, high strength, and abundant micro-pores.
Boasting qualities like lightweight construction, sound absorption, crack resistance, waterproofing, and corrosion resistance, boards made from these ceramic particles meet stringent environmental standards. Micro-Porous Ceramic Soundproof Panels consist entirely of inorganic materials and naturally possess non-flammability, weather resistance, acid and alkali resistance, water resistance, UV resistance, and an eco-friendly, odorless composition, making them ideal for indoor acoustic applications in construction.
The sample's noise reduction coefficient (NRC) is measured at 0.55. According to the standard GB/T16731-1997, "Acoustic Performance Grading of Building Sound Absorbing Products," this NRC value classifies the acoustic performance of the sound-absorbing structure as Grade III.
